Inc. is offering Town House style Apartments on the former K.I. Sawyer AFB
property. These Townhouses were formerly occupied by Air Force personnel and
their families and are in excellent condition. We feature a full time
Maintenance Staff whose goal is to provide you with the most trouble free
living that can be provided.
The rent on all of our units includes, lawn
mowing and snow plowing. MACASU pays for Water and Sewage. The tenants are
responsible for Gas, Electric, telephone and cable TV and pay a $10.00 per
month garbage fee in addition to their rent. Most indoor pets are accepted,
some larger dogs are not,(no outdoor pets are
allowed). A Surety Deposit is required and is equal to one months rent. The
Surety Deposit, first months rent and first months garbage fees are payable
upon the signing of the lease.
All
of the Townhouses have basements, individual heating and hot water systems, a
one car garage and one assigned parking place for each unit.

Tower Vacation Homes Presents the first and finest Condo style rental units in the central region of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. These Townhouses feature 2 or 3 bed rooms, a living and dining area and are all fully furnished including everything from linens to dishes and tableware. Every Townhouse is equipped with 2 color TV's, a microwave, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and a complete basement with a washer and dryer that may be used free of charge.
The Townhouses are available as daily, weekly or monthly rentals. Prices start at $75.00 per day for up to 6 people. Weekly rates begin at $395.00 and monthly rates begin at $900.00. The units can accommodate a maximum of 9 people but there is an additional charge for each additional person. A garage can also be rented during your stay.
